Our Website & Apps act as a price comparison tool only
Our Website & Apps provide you with comparisons for different travel products only. We do not control any of the products being offered – these are all controlled by third parties such as airlines, hotels & tour operators.
Our Website & Apps do not process any bookings, enquiries, orders or payment transactions and all of these are looked after by the relevant Third Party Website that you are referred to.
For flights & hotels, our Website & Apps display results that are provided to us by Third Party Websites that work with us only. The highlighted best price shown in results is based on the lowest price available across all of the available deals, correct at the time of search and is subject to change at any time. This price is based on the best available rate from the Third Party Websites listed only, and may not be the cheapest rate available online through all websites as we only work with selected Third Party Websites. We do not have control over which deals are displayed as these are controlled by Go Travel Un Limited as per their additional terms below.
Information gathered from Third Party Websites
When you search for a travel product (flights, hotels, etc), we will show you the best prices that we have available at the time of your search. These results will also inform you of the name of the Third Party Website that you will be referred to in order to complete your booking.
The information sourced including flight schedules, ratings, photos, maps & general information are provided to us by Third Party Websites. Whilst we do take reasonable care to ensure that this information is correct and up to date, we do not accept any responsibility for information provided to us by Third Party websites which may be incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete. We do not control the content displayed for products and do not guarantee that a particular product or service is available. We recommend checking these details with the relevant Third Party Website once you have been referred to ensure that these details are correct. If your query is about a service on a flight or at a hotel, we also recommend checking the service’s availability direct with the Operator prior to booking.
Pricing
The prices displayed on our Website & Apps are current as at the time of your search and are subject to availability & change at any time. We recommend checking with the relevant Third Party Website before finalising your booking to ensure that the price is still available. All prices are provided to us by Third Party Websites and we accept no responsibility for prices that may be incorrect when booking.
We work with a wide selection of Third Party Websites and compare prices between them to show you the best prices available through us when searching for travel products on our Website & Apps. Whilst we strive to get you the best prices available, the lowest prices shown only include results from the Third Party Websites that we work with and not necessarily the lowest prices available anywhere.
The Third Party Website that you are referred to may also charge extra fees that are not included in the price shown on our Website & Apps. This includes but is not limited to service fees, booking fees & payment processing fees. Please check the price shown on the relevant Third Party Website for more information.
For bookings in a different currency, we recommend checking that the currency on the Third Party Website is the same before proceeding with your booking. Once you are linked out to a Third Party Website, you will be subject to the Terms of Use, Cookie Policy & Privacy Policy of the relevant website. Any bookings or enquiries made via Third Party Websites will be subject to the booking terms & conditions of the relevant Third Party Website. Please check these conditions carefully before finalising your booking as they vary between websites.
The Third Party Website you are booking through is solely responsible for your booking. We act as a price comparison website only and accept no responsibility for all bookings made via Third Party Websites or if anything goes wrong with your booking.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover all of your travel arrangements.
Your insurance policy should cover you for cancellation & amendment expenses, repatriation costs, medical expenses, loss of luggage & travel documents and more. Insurance is also a requirement for travel to some destinations and on some tours.
Passport, visa & health requirements
You are responsible for obtaining all passport, visa & health requirements that you need for your holiday. We accept no responsibility for travellers who fail to comply with such requirements.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations may also be required for travel to some destinations and on some tours.

Travel restrictions & border closures due to COVID-19 & other conditions may also affect your travel plans. We recommend checking these restrictions prior to booking your holiday.
In the event that any restrictions affect your holiday plans after your booking is made, please contact the relevant Third Party Website that your booking was made with to amend your travel arrangements. These changes will be subject to the booking terms & conditions and fee schedules of the relevant Third Party Website and may vary between websites.
Baggage allowance
Baggage limits may apply for your holiday as shown on your airline ticket or tour documents. For low cost airlines & some other airlines, an extra fee may be payable at the time of booking or check-in for baggage. Contact the Third Party Website that you have booked with for more information.
Frequent Flyer programs
Some airlines may also offer Frequent Flyer points on some flights. Please provide your membership number to the Third Party Website that you have booked with if your flight is eligible for points earning.
Special & dietary requirements
Please notify the Third Party Website that you are booking with or the Operator regarding any special & dietary requirements that you may have. They will endeavour to meet most requests but may not be able to guarantee these, subject to their booking terms.
Extra charges
Extra charges such as airport charges, departure taxes & visa costs may also be payable at the time of travel.
Some airlines will also have extra charges for items such as meals, drinks, seat selection, check-in baggage & carry-on baggage.
Tours may also have Optional Excursions & Add-Ons that will be available for you to purchase.
Marketing email list
You can choose to join our marketing email list via our Website or Apps. By joining, you consent to receiving emails from us with promotional material for travel products. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button on any of our emails.
If you are subscribing for someone else, please ensure that you have their consent to add their details to our email list prior to entering their details.

Any reference to our, us & we in this section relates to Go Travel Un Limited, a Hong Kong Corporation, and its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as Go Travel.
These terms explains how you and our website interact when using these search functions which are software & technical solutions of their owner, Go Travel Un Limited.
What we do for you
We own and operate the website, https://www.travelpayouts.com, the mobile iOS & Android Travelpayouts software application and a number of web sites allowing you to search for airline tickets, hotel rooms and car rentals. We provide our websites and apps to all who wish to develop the travel industry on a “white-label” basis for the exclusive use by certain of their customers who register a Travelpayouts account with the “white-labelled” website (the “Website”) and/or “white-labelled” app (“App”).
These Terms of Use govern your use of our Websites, Apps and associated products and services (“Services”) whether you are a visitor or Our Partner (affiliate).
Every time you submit a search request, we contact a number of our partners – including, but not limited to, service providers, airlines, hotels, travel agencies (collectively referred to as Our Partners) – to provide us with a list of available options; then we sort out the results and present them to you. You can search, filter and browse the results until you find a suitable option and click on the corresponding record. At that time you are redirected to Our Partner and all your further interactions take place with them, not Go Travel.
We constantly update the web site, the way the information is presented and add/remove Partners appearing in the search results. We do it at our own discretion.
We offer the service on a personal non-commercial basis. Commercial use of the service is allowed when you sign up for our Affiliate Program.

We don’t sell tickets / bookings / etc. Our web site only allows you to search for travel products, but you pay directly to Our Partners on their web sites. We don’t recommend any tickets / bookings over other tickets / bookings. We provide the comparison tool and the information we collect from Our Partners. All decisions are yours.
